I have a attempted twice to send you proof of my previous order so that I may receive the upgrade to 2.6. All emails remain unanswered. Is there another way I can contact you or could we somehow PM this.

Hi Clyde,
We've replied immediately to both of your emails requesting your upgrade. One on 9/11 and one on 9/29. The reply will come from support@dotnetinvoice.com so make sure that address is added to your safe list on your email server / client. If you can't find it, something in your email system is probably blocking it completely. Could you send an email from a different address and we'll send you the upgrade information there? Please include the other email used in the new email so we can confirm your identity.
Many thanks, I thought something like this must have happened. Digging through my server's filter I managed to find it. Sorry about that, thought I had marked you a safe sender on both the client and server level.
