Received via email:
"Installed MS SQL Express as per the instructions, created database, changed install.sql file with the appropriate information and executed susccessfully.
I am not sure what I have done wrong and have double checked everything. The SQL server is set to accept remote connections too, so I am throwing my hands in the air at this time and asking for some help."
The final solution:
"It actually took setting the SQL Express to dual login mode in the settings before I could get it to work. [At one point] I was using windows authentication and for some reason I couldn’t get a windows account to work properly. So once I created an SQL login it still wouldn’t work until I was able to locate the setting to use both types of authentication for login."
