There isn't a queue; emails are sent directly from code as invoices are paid.
I am escalating this to have a developer look into it.
The file I pointed to
(http://forums.dotnetinvoice.com/forums/thread/206.aspx) has a fix for
the issue you are experiencing; a few other customers had this issue
and the new code included in that file took care of it. Please try it again and verify that the file is uploading and overwriting properly, as my gut feeling tells me this will fix it.
