ran in to an issue with a customer that was deleted and then when I tried to create the same customer I got an error telling me the email address already existed. The customer needed to cancel then decided not to in this case. The only way I could get his account active was by manually editing the database to mark him as active again. Change status form 22 to 16, seems it did the trick but it would be nice if the admin area could allow us to change the status as the records are really deleted anyway?
