Hi,

 I'm getting the following error

 

"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occured while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was : 500"

This occurs when I press "Save Changes" when editing the details of a client ( but not all clients, I can't see what the difference is)

and when I click "Send email" from the invoice page

Any idea on where to look for more info?

 

 

 

To find out more information you have to do 2 things:

1. Go into /admin/admin.master and in the asp:ScriptManager tag, change EnablePartialRendering="false"
2. Then go into web.config and set customErrors="Off"

Once you do that you will see the "real" error message. Please email it to support@dotnetinvoice.com if you run into any problems. And be sure to set these values back once the problem is fixed!
